Cancellation and Refund Policy
Our Policy for Cancellation and Refund (“Policy”) for services provided by Curebay Technologies Private Limited and its subsidiaries (“Curebay”) shall be as follows:

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel booked services at any time before the scheduled delivery. Refund eligibility is based on the timing of the cancellation relative to the scheduled service.

Note: If you are absent at the time of service without prior cancellation or communication, the booking shall be deemed canceled and will not be eligible for any refund.

Refund Policy

Refunds for all eligible cancellations are issued through the original payment method used at the time of purchase, except in cases of cash payments, which are refunded via bank transfer only.

Service Non-Delivery or Delay: Full or partial refunds may be issued if Curebay fails to deliver the booked service within the agreed turnaround time (TAT). Eligibility is subject to internal verification.

Refund Method: Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment used during booking.

Processing Timeline: For the purposes of this Policy, business days shall mean the working days on which the Curebay corporate office operates (“Business Days”). Refunds will be processed within 5–7 Business Days from the date of verification and internal approval. The actual credit to the customer’s account may vary depending on bank turnaround times and RBI regulations. Timelines are subject to change.

Completion of Service: No refunds shall be acceptable once the service has been fully delivered to the customer.

Validity Period: Refund requests will not be considered if submitted more than 15 days have passed from the date of service delivery.
